Brian has shown strong leadership in working on a vastly improved R&D project prioritization process and has likewise been tenacious in working with business leaders to implement changes. He is hard working, exceptionally well organized and has great attention to details. He has strong and dynamic presentation skills, and is a brilliant organizer and team builder. He readily took on additional tasks where needed. For example, Brian implemented new career ladders, identified and hired a new VP of industrial design and usability and contributed greatly to strategy and effective budget management.
